OVERVIEW

  1.  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you, the user and client, about the information and data gathered by RadPrints LLC, doing business as RadPro Academy (“RadPro Academy,” “us” or “we” interchangeably) when you use RadPro Academy website, mobile applications, services and other distribution platforms (the “Sites”), how we collect your information, what information we collect, how we store your information, and to the degree your information may be used. RadPro Academy takes your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We may share personal information with certain trusted service providers and partners for business purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing our services, analytics, marketing communications (where permitted), customer support, payments, and security.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable state, federal, and international privacy and data protection laws.

Our Sites and associated communications from us may contain links to third-party sites, which are not subject to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of any such sites that you visit. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Sites, as owned, and operated by RadPro Academy. 

 

1.1 CONSENT: By visiting our Sites, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences. To access certain functionalities of the Sites, you will be required to register by providing certain information. 

 

1.2 HOSTING PLATFORM: We may use third-party platforms and service providers to support our Sites and Services, including account login, communications, payment processing, analytics, marketing, scheduling, customer support, automation, and AI-powered tools. These service providers may process personal information on our behalf as our “service providers,” “processors,” or “operators” depending on your location. Current third-party providers may include: Kajabi, Go Daddy, Outlook, Zoom Zapier, HoneyBook, ClassMarker. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of these platforms.

 

1.3 WHAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT ADDRESS: This Privacy Policy does not address the data management process and policies of, and information usage policies of, other sites and/or integrations of which the Sites may be linked to, or on which a RadPro Academy service utilizes. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy does not address the data management practices and policies of, and information usage policies of other sites to which the Site may link or integrate with, as it relates to those third-party site’s compliance with federal laws and regulations. Please note: third-party providers may act as independent controllers for their own purposes (for example, where you have your own account with them). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

 

  1.  DATA COLLECTION & USE: We collect personal information in the following ways: (a) Information you provide directly (for example during registration, checkout, intake forms, or communications); (b) information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you interact with our Sites (subject to consent where required); and (c) information from third-party service providers (for example, payment confirmation from Stripe or purchase records). You may elect to not provide any of the above information, but you will then not be able to use RadPro Academy Sites, services, or certain features.

 

  1.  INFORMATION AND ANALYTICS WE COLLECT: The information we collect from visitors to our Sites depends on how you chose to interact with us through the Sites. For example, you may browse the Sites without providing personal information; however, using our full range of services involves providing personal information.  For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” (also called “personal data” in certain jurisdictions) means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to you or your household. Certain laws recognize “sensitive” personal information (for example: precise geolocation). We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it and we have a lawful basis to process it.

We collect and store certain information about your interaction with RadPro Academy website and services, including cookies, IP Addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet service provider (ISP), entry and exit pages, operating systems, time/date stamps, and other related data. RadPro Academy uses this information, only to improve the quality of our services and products. The following is a list of types of personal information we may collect:

Depending on how you use the Sites, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity Data You Provide. When You sign up for a service that requires registration or payment, We ask you for Personal Information including your name, email address, and billing information and shipping address You chose to share with Us. We also collect information You provide when requesting a service, and this information may, among other things, include personal information or reveal details about your preferences. We typically store and maintain the information collected
  • User Generated Content: When You post product review or share other user generated content across channels, it will be public and accessible by anyone. 
  • User Communications. When You send email or other communications to RadPro Academy, including customer support. We retain those communications to process your request and improve our service.
  • Third Parties: We obtain information from third parties, including vendors and service providers, who may collect information on our behalf, such as companies who support the Site and Services, including our payment processors, who collect payment information to process your payment in order to fulfill your orders and provide you with products or services you have requested.
  • Logged Information: We automatically collect and store some information that You do not actively provide, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, software, and hardware attributes such as your browser type, the date and time of your visit, and the last website you visited prior to visiting the Sites. This information is used to enhance the services We provide to You.  
  • Location Data: We collect location data, including your current location as disclosed by GPS technology. 
  • Cookies. When You visit the Sites, We send one or more cookies (small text files providing information about your interactions with the Services) to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but You can change your browser’s settings to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Cookies may contain account information such, but not limited to: information about how you access and use our Site and your account, including device information, browser information, information about your network connection, your IP address and other information regarding your interaction with the Services, and your username and password if You opt in to the automatic login option.  Note that if You choose to decline cookies via your browser, You will have some limitations in using RadPro Academy services. 
  • Other Internet Technology. We, or our third-party partners, may use other technology, such as pixel tags and web beacons, to track use of our Sites. We may also include web beacons in email messages, newsletters, or other communications to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

 

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is not yet a universally accepted standard for how to respond, our Sites may not respond to DNT signals. However, you can manage cookies through your browser settings and (where available) our cookie preferences tool.

 

  1.  HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT: In general, RadPro Academy uses personal and other information collected through the Sites to fulfill your requests for services, contact you, customize content, and improve our services. More specifically, we use personal and other information as follows:
  • Provide Services: We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
    • Provide and Operate Our Services: creating and managing your account; process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payments; deliver products/services, and provide customer services; administer programs, courses, and digital content. 
    • Communicate With You: responding to inquiries; sending service-related messages; sending market communications where permitted and where required with consent.
    • Improve, Optimize, and Secure the Sites:  perform analytics and user experience improvements; conduct troubleshooting and performance monitoring; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
    • Legal and Compliance: complying with law, lawful requests, or legal processes; enforcing terms and protecting rights, safety, and property 
    • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal protections.
  • Complying with the Law: We disclose personal and other information if We have a good-faith belief that the disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, legal process or an enforceable government request; to enforce applicable terms of use for our services; to detect, prevent or otherwise address illegal activity, fraud, or security issues; or to protect the property or safety of our users, RadPro Academy, or the public as required or permitted by law.
  • Suppliers: Personal and other information is anonymously shared with our selected suppliers, service providers and partner sites in connection with providing services to you. For example, we may provide such information to third parties in connection with operating and maintaining the Sites, fulfilling your requests for services, processing credit card payments (if applicable), performing business and sales analysis, and offering contests or conducting surveys. 
  • Marketing: we may use your personal data to contact you about our latest news, our products, and/or our Services (as further defined in the Terms and Conditions). you will receive marketing communications from us if you have (1) subscribed to receive marketing communications from us, or (2) purchased our Services and you have not opted out of receiving that marketing when you provide us with your email address. Note: to unsubscribe from marketing emails you may click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any marketing email.

 

  1.  LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING: Where required by law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process personal information:
  • Consent (e.g., for non-essential cookies, marketing where required, session replay tools)
  • Contractual necessity (e.g., to deliver services you requested)
  • Legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting compliance)
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., improving our services, ensuring security, preventing fraud), unless overridden by your rights
  1.  HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION:  In certain circumstances we may disclose your personal information to third parties for contractual fulfillment purposes, legitimate purposes, or other reasons subject to this Privacy Policy, such as:
  • With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, fulfillment and shipping. )
  • With business and marketing partners to provide services and advertise to You, in accordance with their own privacy notices.
  • When you direct, request us, or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.

We have, in the last 12 months, disclosed the following categories or personal information about users: (a) identifiers such as basic contact details and certain order and account information; (b) personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute such as basic contact details and certain order and account information; (c) commercial information such as order information, shopping information, and customer support information; (d) internet or other similar network activity; (e) geolocation data such as locations determined by an IP address.

 

We have “shared” (as defined by applicable law) personal information over the last 12-months, for the purposes of engaging in advertising and marketing activities, to business and/or marketing partners: (a) identifiers such as name, email address and phone number; (b) commercial information such as records of products or services purchased; and (c) usage data.

 

  1.  HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA: We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our business. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable laws. In some circumstances (1) you can ask us to delete your data: see ‘your Choices below for further information; or (2) we may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

 

  1.  YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES: As a user of the Sites, You have the right, subject to applicable law to: 
  • Data Protection Rights: You may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
    • The right to access, correct, or update your personal data.
    • The right to request deletion of your personal data.
    • The right to object to processing or request restriction of processing.
    • The right to data portability.
    • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
    • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence or where the alleged infringement occurred.
  • Account / Information Review: If you have an account with us, you can access, review, update, and/or correct your account information online by making the appropriate selections or changes. We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and the ability to correct the information if it is inaccurate or to delete it at your request (if it is not required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes). We require users to reliably identify themselves and the information they wish to access, correct, or remove before processing these requests, and we may decline to process requests that we believe in good faith are unreasonable or unduly burdensome (such as requests that are repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be impractical to satisfy).
  • Service Review: You can add, edit, pause, or remove services that you have subscribed to by logging into the Sites.
  • Deactivate Account: You can deactivate your account with us at any time by making the appropriate selections. If you deactivate your account and later wish to reopen it and again receive services from us, you may be required to re-enter your account information and re-subscribe to any services you wish to receive. However, if you deactivate your account, we may retain certain information associated with your account for record keeping. Further, we generally do not remove information that you have made publicly available, and information that has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy may be retained by those third parties and will be subject to their policies, and not this Privacy Policy.
  • Opt-Out, Withdraw Consent: If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy, we will offer you an effective way to withdraw consent / opt out of the use of personal information is used for certain purposes.   1.  RIGHT TO DELETION: Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will (a) delete your personal information from our records; and (b) direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

 

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information for reasons such as, but are not limited to: (a) the information is exempt from the CCPA requirements; (b) the business cannot verify your request; (c) if is necessary to complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us; (d) certain business security practices; (e) because certain internal uses are compatible with reasonable consumer expectations, or the context in which the information was obtained; (f) to comply with existing legal obligation or defend legal claims; (g) the personal information is certain medical information, consumer credit reporting information, or other types of exempt information.

 

  1.  INTERNAL DATA TRANSFERS: Our service providers may process personal information in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required by law, we take steps to implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections and required risk assessments.

 

  1.  CHILDREN’S PRIVACY: Our Sites and Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

 

  1.  EMAIL NOTICES: When you register to use RadPro Academy services or by purchasing any products from a vendor using RadPro Academy services, your email will automatically be listed in RadPro Academy mailing list. you will receive welcome information, account information, and other marketing related information related to RadPro Academy services and the products you viewed and purchased. You may also receive periodic emails from us notifying you of new features, products, titles, and other related information for RadPro Academy services.

 

You may choose to opt out of receiving emails from RadPro Academy, but if you choose to do so, you may not receive technical support requests, account updates and notifications, product updates, security updates or updates to the Terms of Services of RadPro Academy as well as updates to Privacy Policy of RadPro Academy.

 

  1.  SECURITY: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. While we take measures to protect your data and integrity of your information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access from occurring on either the user end, or the hosting platform end. We strongly suggest you take the proper steps to maintain the security of your account information. We highly recommend that you set a secure password for your registered account with RadPro Academy to ensure others from easily guessing your password.

At any time if you forget your account information, you may log back onto RadPro Academy website and click forgot login on the login area screen, a password reset link will be emailed to you with further steps to reset your account info.

  1.  FAIR INFORMATION PRACTICES: To be compliant with the Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur: We will notify the users via in-site notification within seven (7) business days. Where required by law, we will notify affected individuals and regulators without undue delay, which may be sooner than seven (7) days.

 

We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

 

  1.  CAN SPAM ACT: We comply with CAN-SPAM Act, which sets rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

 

We collect your email address in order to:

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions

  • Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.

  • Send you additional information related to your product and/or service

  • Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.

 

To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.

  • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.

  • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.

  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.

  • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.

  • Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

 

In addition to emails, you may also receive in-app or community notifications. You can manage these preferences in your account settings.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS: If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), regarding your personal information. This section provides information about those rights and how to exercise them.

 

16.1 CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT: In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from users of our website or app:

  • Identifiers, such as cookie identifiers and anonymized IP addresses, which are used for analytics and to improve site functionality.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information, which includes data such as browsing activity, pages viewed, scroll behavior, clicks, file downloads, video engagement, site search queries, and information about your device and browser (such as device type, browser type and version, operating system, and screen resolution).   • We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law, and we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect or sell data from individuals under the age of 16.

 

16.2 YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CCPA/CPRA: As a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, the categories of sources from which we collect it, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal obligations or security purposes).
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the CPRA. Therefore, there is no need to opt out.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect or use sensitive personal information in a way that requires offering this limitation right.
  • Right Against Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Otherwise, please check back frequently on the website for the latest and most updated privacy policy posted, which is indicated by the “Last Updated” at the top. RadPro Academy provides you with the opportunity to review, remove and modify any personal information that you provided previously under the Data Protection Act 1998, please contact us directly by email to make changes to your personal information. you may also update your personal information by logging into your RadPro Academy account and updating your details by clicking your username at the top right of the page then clicking Settings.
